The project began detailed planning in January 2015 and went live on June 8th.Based on this success, the software will be further rolled out across Canada to support also the regional hubs.”

Mr. André Bertrand, Business Line Manager – Service Division, pointed out important deliverables that are also beneficial to the customer: improved accuracy in order delivery; better trace ability and shipping information captured; cost-effectiveness; inventory control, etc.  The system also allows the warehouse staff to easily measure their key performance indicators.
